Mile High Prep (MHP) is an elite spring all-star football team made up of top Colorado high school athletes (freshman through senior) selected through a competitive evaluation process.
The program is designed to supplement — not replace — high school football, providing professional coaching, structured development, and exclusive out-of-state competition against other elite teams.
Mile High Prep is built for athletes seeking high-level preparation, exposure, and disciplined development while remaining fully eligible for their high school programs.

UPSWING Foundation is a Colorado-based nonprofit that operates Mile High Prep and provides organizational oversight to ensure athlete safety, accountability, and long-term program stability.
The Foundation manages:
Program operations and staffing
Technology and communications infrastructure
Compliance, safety standards, and athlete support services
UPSWING Foundation also offers need-based scholarship opportunities for Mile High Prep athletes. Donations to the Foundation may directly support the Mile High Prep program and its athletes.
COACHING STAFF
The Mile High Prep coaching staff consists of individuals with extensive knowledge and experience in football at various levels, including high school, college, and the NFL.
Our exceptional coaches not only bring a high level of expertise, but they also maintain strong relationships with current college coaching organizations. This network allows Mile High Prep players to receive valuable assistance with their recruitment.
